Freezer Drain plugged by Factory piece

Freezer drain keep getting blocked and Ice would form on Freezer floor. This resulted in water dripping down into the Refrigerator compartment. After the third defrost and thaw I noticed a small piece of plastic "punch out" blocking the drain. It was a punch out from the freezer shelf rail rack. This was left in the unit at the factory and worked its way into the drain.

We have the off-white version of this fridge -- wrt1l1tzyt01, also discontinued, -- bought it about a year ago. FOOD LASTS FOREVER! Love the full-width "pantry" drawer! Unfortunately I seem to have been in the minority as the new models all have the old deeper but half-width drawers that do not suit my needs nearly as well. Burying things in a deep drawer only leads to forgetting and spoilage in this household!We're moving and need a stainless steel refrigerator to match new kitchen; I'm having to buy a Maytag to get my storage preferences. Bye-bye Whirlpool. :(

I bought this refrigerator about two months ago. I am very happy with the it. It runs great & the ice maker makes plenty of ice. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good basic refrigerator. The ice maker was optional but was offered free of charge during the sale when I purchased the refrigerator. I purchased it in white. Very easy to clean, inside & out. I love the adjustable shelves in the door.

We bought this refrigerator because it fits into our kitchen nicely in a condo without a lot of room in the kitchen. We are only there for the summer months. The only thing we don't like is the meat drawer that goes all the way across the top and takes up too much room in a refrigerator already lacking in tall shelf space. We found that we have to store a lot of tall beverages in the door.

I hate cooking. I buy frozen food and defrost it. The freezer works. Good. I get yogurt, cheese and fresh fruit a lot. The produce sticks around a lot longer than I'd ever thought, and nothing's gotten moldy. The water in the Brita filter stays cold. That's all I wanted.--a refrigerator that works. The only thing I'd want adjusted is the spaces between the shelving--I can't put anything between the snack area and the next shelf--even a small can of cat food.

We bought this fridge in September after our previous one died while we were on vacation. I was nervous about whether I would like the way it was set up inside, but I've grown to like it. And our electricity bill has gone down substantially. Also, we like the fact that it's quieter than our old one.

I like our new Whirlpool refrigerator. I like the clear slide out shelves with white trim, the long lunch meat crisper that runs the width of the frig., the two vegetable crispers on the bottom of different sizes, the shelves in the door that hold milk and large juice containers and the flip up lid on the right hand door compartment that allows for bottles of wine to be stored easily. I feel it's easy to see into the frig and access what's needed. The freezer is very roomy.This refrigerator is not fancy, but very nice and functions well for our needs.

I bought this fridge about a month ago and after two weeks the supports for the center drawer broke. It needs a much stronger support. But I called and they are sending another support for the drawer at no charge. Also, the ice maker is very slow, if you have company go buy a bag of ice. Other wise, so far so good!

We bought it a cuple of months ago. Has adequate space but could be 1/2" higher for a one gallon milk jug to slide in easily. It needs a ice tray seperator like the last one had.

I'm very pleased with this refrigerator. It has a roomy freezer compartment. I chose this model because of the optional ice maker - I didn't want one. The full-width pantry shelf is my favorite feature. The clear glass shelves and clear vegetable bins make it easy to view the contents. Adjustable door storage compartments is a plus!!

Purchased this a few months ago and already the freezer isn't cooling correctly.This is the Second Whirlpool brand refrigerator that we've had in the last 2 mo. to be bad. Would not buy this name brand again.Also - the shelving inside are horribly spaced. Much too short, even at the largest choice. A gallon of milk barely fits and then , only when you make the top shelf so small that almost nothing first on it.

This was a problem from the start, two hr, late.then only worked for two weeks had to get another one, good thing for Lowes thay were the best about the problem, the next one was on time an so far its still running,for how long no one knows. I have lost over $ 200.00 in food so far.. not very happy.

I am very happy with my new Whirlpool refrigerator. It has a deep freezer with lots of room in the freezer door. The pantry also has a lot of room with a full length drawer for lunch meats and cheese. It is quiet except when the icemaker is putting plenty of ice cubes in the ice compartment. Most of all Whirlpool is the only appliance exclusively made in the USA!

Our refrigerator died suddenly so we were forced to get a new one quickly before anything in it spoiled. This new one has lots of room, in fact our old one was full and this one still has plenty of room after moving everything over.....The only thing I would add to this model is a light in the freezer compartment. Its very dark in there without a light....other than that this model has everything else it needs in a basic refrigerator.

Our refrigerator died after 12 years so we needed a new one fast. This Whirlpool refrigerator has a lot of space inside. We also like the placement of the shelf in the freezer. The only downside is the "meat drawer". It's the entire width of the fridge but you can't put too much weight in it or it will fall. Once you realize how much it will hold it does stay in place. We were just used to a different type. We are quite happy with the purchase and hope it lasts for many years to come.

We are very pleased with this product, its very quite , quite roomy and perfect for our needs. Great value for a price point appliance

I purchased this refrig to replace our "extra" refrigerator, so I was just looking for basic storage, not needing "bells and whistles". My favorite feature is a very large clear storage drawer -- I use it for cheeses and yogurt, little things that easily get lost! Because it is basic, there are not as many options for shelf placement, which is challenging. Also, I have to be careful what I put on the freezer shelf, as it sags with weight. Also, no freezer light.

Had to buy this refrigerator quickly, as ours died.. The full width pantry is awesome. It holds so much that you can see. I read some reviews, and I must agree the ice maker is a bit noisy. The unit has plenty of door shelves. Also hasa nice size freezer.Overall we are very pleased
