We are pleased with the performance and looks of the refrigerator. The "fast ice" isn't as fast as we'd like, but overall we are satisfied.

I bought this refrigerator two months ago because of my experience with a prior similar Whirlpool product. It does not measure up! Had problems with frost/moisture buildup and cooling on the fridge side (milk spoiling) and metallic taste in water line. According to repair person, door was not sealing properly. Even though the frost/cooling problem seems to have been resolved (for now), the water still taste awful (unless I continue to drain a gallon or so each day before drinking). No satisfied with this product!!

Got this refrigerator from Lowes home improvement in Macon, Georgia. It has been a dream to own an updated unit. After having a single door, for years without an icemaker. It is a pleasure to own this fridge. The sales people at Lowe's were great helping me choose the whirlpool I bought, and delivered it free. Wow what a blessing this fridge is. Mike L.

I bought this 6 weeks ago and so glad that I did. The storage and design of theis refrigerator is awesome. I loved the sleel black, curved loook of the front doors. I wasn't sure I would like the smooth finish because I figureed finger prints would should. Not a problem.

(1) Good lighting and nice and quiet!(2) Would like to see a hesitation (part way) when opening the fridge door.Like auto doors.(3) Controls on dispenser panel much too confusing:Instructions cluttered. Too much to remember.Might help if you added a simple way to reset to factory options

We are happy with this refrig, except there is not enough shelves in the freezer. Four shelves, when there is more than enough room for five shelves.

We did a lot of research before we bought this refrigerator. Know idea how many we looked at but it was a lot. We were not impressed with the new fad "french door" style as we already had a bottom freezer model. We were looking for a side by side with ice and water in the door. This one also has the space saving ice maker in the door which we really liked. I didn't think I was going to like the shiny black finish but I was wrong. It actually looks very nice in the kitchen and is easy to keep clean. We do not have children, so that makes it easier I'm sure. The inside is very spacious and the clear shelves and door compartments makes it look really clean inside as well. And BEST of all Whirlpool is made in the USA!! I would recommend to a friend.

Have had this for 2 months and still trying to get used to the general noisiness of the unit - lots of whirring and growling and in general, makes much more noise than the one we replaced! Also the ice cubes are 1/3 smaller.

This is an outstanding refrigerator. The overall design is sleek and clean. Inside is spacious and airy. The adjustable shelves make it better for today's life style. Also, the panel is easier to adjust and the blue lights make it easier to see.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new side by side refrigerator. I have always wanted a refrigerator that made ice use convenient. This refrigerator side by side gives us the room we need due to the innovative design off having the ice on the door Of the freezer section. We use ice often and this makes it so easy. I also live the room that our new side by side gas. I never wanted a side by side because I thought I would lose a lot of refrigerator space. With our new appliance we do not have that problem. I always trust in the whirlpool name as my parents always purchased Whirlpool products. They last for years compared to other brands. Keep making great products.

Refrigerator is spacious. Lots of storage. Freezer easily had room for two more shelves. But Whirlpool quoted me $80 per shelf to add them. Well lit. Am concerned about the smaller ice maker in the door when we have guests

We remodeled our kitchen and needed all new appliances so we of course picked Whirlpool for our refrigerator. The refrigerator we replaced was a white Whirlpool which is now in our mudroom for added refrigerator capacity. Like the looks and reliability of Whirlpool. We have been buying them for over 40 years. Would have given this refrigerator a 5 except it could be improved by adding more flexibility in shelf placement and a ice and water function in the door that is a little easier to activate.
