Bought this to replace another refrigerator and needed one that fit in an odd sized space. This one fits perfectly, we love the ice maker and easily accessible water filter. The interior space is smaller than our previous one, but we had very few choices. Works well.

Nice little fridge at a great price. We got this after owning a top freezer so weren't expecting losing so much fridge space with the side-by-side in comparison. It's kind of nice it gets cleaned out more though. Water pressure for the dispenser is pretty weak, but it works just fine and the ice fills up super quick. No major complaints.

It looks very nice with all the clear drawers etc. I don't like the new construction with just one dispenser. On hot days the ice will get stuck in the shoot and ice will start flying out as you are on the water selection. It is a lot noisier then older model I replaced, which I read somewhere is normal for energy efficient refrigerators. It's okay, but quirky I suppose.

It is spacious and all the great features work remarkably! It is a very nice looking appliance too! Cools my food at the right temperature and the ice maker is a charm. It's very quiet and the lighting is striking.

The fridge looks great. The freezer side is a bit smaller (width wise) than expected which means the fridge side is larger. The ice / water dispenser does drip immediately after filling a glass which leaves the catch tray wet all the time. Not a big deal.

My 32" wide refrigerator, most are much wider these days, died on me and Whirlpool had this fridge that would fit my 35" space. There is plenty of space in the fresh food and beverages section, but the freezer is bit smaller than my old one. The icemaker is excellent and I can get cubes, crushed ice, and water. The freezer works very well, and it didn't take long to get up and running. The stainless steel finish is beautiful and it looks great in my kitchen.

We purchased this refrigerator about two weeks ago, replacing a much larger 15 year old refrigerator. Despite being 20% smaller than our old appliance our new Whirlpool makes very efficient use of the space and almost all spaces are adjustable, making the space flexible based on need. Nice look, great lighting, quiet operation and sensible location for controls are all pluses. One downside is the filtered water dispenser through the door is quite slow - about thirty seconds to fill a twelve ounce glass. Other than that, we are quite pleased.

My new side by side Whirlpool refrigerator is very nice. It looks good and works efficiently. The only aspect I would change in the design is to have one less "drawer" in the fresh food side. An additional "shelf" would be helpful when I have lots of leftovers or items to store for a party that need to be refrigerated. Other than that, I have very happy with my purchase.

I replaced my 35year old whirlpool with a new energy efficient Whirlpool. Dominion Power gave me $50 to pull the trigger since my old one was working fine. I think it was an energy hog.I like my stainless steel look. It will hold magnetic widgets. I like that. The drawers a see though. I like that. It has ice and filtered water. I like that. Temp controls and not exact but work great. Each side has its own control. LED lights. I like that. Freezer is small. But the the ice I expected that.I fit in my small recess and works great.A+++

We love the ice/water feature in the refrigerator and like the storage options. The only drawback is that the shelves do not go all the way back. There is a little gap between the wall and the shelf that small things can fall through. Also, you cannot use the full shelf due to the plastic framing, so trying to push things around to find items and they won't fit.

The refrigerator is a nice size and looks sleek. It is very noisy when dispensing ice and water, emitting a loud clunk after each use. The ice dispenser is so loud it scares my dog. The water from the dispenser is not cool and works better if you push it with one hand and hold the glass with the other. Not having cold water is a big disappointment to me. The led lights take some getting used to. It's dark when you first open the door. Also it says you can't replace the outside door light so I hesitate to use it nightly as I did with my old unit.

It has only been two weeks but we are pleased with our new refrigerator. We had to replace our 22 year old Whirlpool only because the water dispenser was leaking and no parts were available. We were initially unhappy with the ice production but taking the advice to raise the freezer temperature fixed that problem. I am only giving it a 4 because the water is not as cold as our old fridge.

Seems to work good. It's smaller than I expected inside. Our previous frig had French doors, the side by side is much smaller. Also put magnets on the stainless front and the frig got scratched. Overall a good buy for the price.

We love our new Whirlpool fridge. We have gotten many compliments on it. My sister in law was really impressed with the led lighting inside. I too love that when you open the door the lights dim up to say TA DA here is your food... lol. Just the right size so you don't waste by loading up a large fridge with excess. Complete customization so I have two shelves that are tall enough for milk/pitchers.

We purchased this refrigerator the end of April. It was not in stock and had to be ordered. Just delivered on 06/11/2016. Needed this model as my space was not wide enough for the models in stock So far it operating well. Keeps things cold and fresh in frog and makes adequate amount of ice.

We just got this model installed yesterday. I was worried about the noise level but I am very happy that it is quiet enough. It has a low hum with some higher pitched rattling, but overall quiet enough.The fridge cooled down without product within an hour.It is possible to move the smallest drawer to a higher position. Thus providing one more shelf space. This feature is not clear from the description by the manufacturer and is not shown in a picture.The black finish is shiny, thus it shows fingerprints rather easily.

There are not a lot of choices when purchasing a refrigerator for a small space. And, for the most part, they have to be ordered online because the stores do not have them on the floor. This makes it difficult to find the right one, sight unseen. After, first having a bad experience with an online purchase of a Kitchenaid of the same size, I must say that we are extremely impressed with this refrigerator and cannot believe that for only 21 cu ft, it has so much room inside! It has surpassed our expectations of what would fit into our space available and seems to completely meet our needs.

We bought this two weeks ago. It replaces another Whirlpool refrigerator side by side that is 20 years old and still running and working fine. It just didn't match our newly remodeled kitchen. The new one is not of like quality, although it was more expensive. It has a noisy compressor and makes twice as much noise. I called customer service and they told me to just get used to the noise.
