Freezer Door Warped.
Not Happy!

Bought the refrigerator one year ago. Discovered ice build up on bottom of the freezer door and will not keep food items frozen. The Whirlpool service subcontractor said that it's a known issue on this model and that the doors were not properly filled with insulation (foam) causing the door to warp. We will be without a freezer for three months until Whirlpool decides to ship a new door. Even then, I was told that many times the new doors come damaged or overfilled with foam. We are waiting for the compressor to break soon because the refrigerator constantly runs and when that happens it be be out of warranty. Whirlpool doesn't care about their customers and will not take responsibility for their products.

This has so much more room than my other fridge. Like the adjustable shelves and the freezer on the bottom. This model is discontinued. Got a great deal on purchasing it.

We bit the bullet and went for this large capacity fridge. We love opening the doors to a well-lit interior that shows us everything inside. I LOVE not having to bend way over or get on my knees to see what's on the bottom shelf. And the bottom freezer idea was genius! It's laid out to maximize capacity, and we use every inch. Oh so happy with this fridge!!

I am extremely happy with my new refrigerator. The only thing that has been an adjustment is that the vegetable drawers are not as deep as I would like. Can't get as much into them as I could in my old one. Other than that I love everything about it.

Love the freezer on the bottom since I get into that much less than the fridge. Love the french doors because you waste less energy just opening one. Also, there is less weight in each door and it is more difficult to slam them open into a wall than with a single door fridge.

We bought this fridge about a month ago and love it. The led lighting makes the big interior easy to see and the double doors provide easy access. The freezer is spacious as well and provides our family of 4 with the space we need to buy what we need each week.

I waited for the right refrigerator at the right price (most cost more than my first car did!)Love the lighted freezer on the bottom, plenty of room up top, adjustable shelves, runs quietly. If it's as good as all the other Whirlpool appliances I've had over the years, it should do just fine.

We love all the space in it. Our only criticism is that the doors do not close if the left one isn't closed first. It is possible to walk away and not realize the doors have been left ajar.

Very happy so far after only about three weeks. A very plain and simple fridge with lots of space, compartments and an ice maker. We'll need this for when the family arrives throughout the winter months. The Installation team did a great job with the move out and move in.

I bought this refrigerator about 1 month ago. The refrigerator is great I can see all my food with a simple glance. I wish the shelves could contain a small spill, an added lip on the perimeter of the shelves would be nice. The freezer needs some help, the tracks don't keep the freezer door sliding out straight. The door comes out sideways unless you are very careful. The ice maker works well and is very quiet. Over all I would rate it a good purchase so far.

I bought this 2 months ago. It is so much quieter than my old one. Upper refrigerator section makes it easy to see what I have on hand. Lower freezer also means contents are more visible than in my old side by side.Keeps food well. All the door shelves are handy as well.I am so glad I purchased this appliance.

I bought my fridge in November and I do really enjoy it. However; the lid on the deli/meat drawer cs me off all of the time. It is not attached very well at all. I fear it won't be long until my very impatient husband gets tired of having to put it back on when he opens the drawer and he will just chuck. I have already talked him out if it once.

We like the width, double door feature, glass shelves, spacious door storage, and interior drawer for lunch meats, cheeses,etc. Freezer is nicely divided for storage (Bottom drawer freezer) and ice maker works well.

We are disappointed, the right hand side, you can not open the crisp drawer because the left side door has to be open too. Poor design.....plus the crisp drawers are flemsy.

We have only had our refrigerator for a month but we totally love it. It works perfectly, has more room than we even thought it would, and the design makes everything easy to access. If the length of dependable operation is what we expect out of an appliance like this (I think 10 years is realistic) we will be Whirlpool customers for life. This is the only unknown which is why I did not give 5 stars across the board.

Bought this refrigerator 2 months ago only problem we have had the ice maker did not shut off when the bin was full so had to do it manually. This did create a frozen light in the freezer compartment which resolved itself. Other than that we have not had any other problems with this refrigerator.
