We bought one of these to replace our old fridge. It has no room in it at all. The shelves are scaled back to make room for the deep door shelves which limits the main shelf space. There is a little full width drawer at the bottom that takes up more room and the flip up door on it often falls off its hinge. The french style doors limit the door shelf space. Every time we need to put food in it, we have to rearrange everything. Too much emphasis was put into making it look good rather than work good. I'd steer clear from this one.

Love this fridge! Can reach everything perfectly great for having a bad back have everything higher and just have the kids grab from the freezer when you think about it mostly ise the refrigerator part so made sense to not have to bend love it!

I've had this refrigerator for well over a year now and it has changed the way I grocery shop!
I no longer hold back lol, I buy what we need for an entire 2 week span and it all fits comfortably in the fridge!! Everything stays in its place and of course stays chilled to perfection.

We purchased this in April when we bought our first home and I couldn't be any happier with it. The amount of storage space in here is incredible. Not only does this run well, makes ice, but it also looks beautiful and is so easy to clean.

So much nicer than a top freezer model. Depends on how much frozen foods you use I suppose. But with fresh cooking it is really a joy to open the doors and have the interior showcase the contents. That said the freezer is also quite accessible and I have no complaints. The other nice feature of this is the storage in the doors.the shelves are not too tall for kids to reach their goodies. I do not notice the noise from other peoples reviews being any louder than any other refrigerator we've owned.

We had this for only a month and we already have vibration noises coming from the fridge structure. Something is loose and vibrates whenever the system starts. For sure it's not coming from any bottle or food in the fridge. It seems to come from the bottom. It's just disturbing.
We don't recommend the product.

This refrigerator was delivered to my in September. It is now November. The longer I have it, the more I enjoy it. I love how everything is within eye gaze. In
the past refrigerators seemed to swallow up items. The sliding out drawer
is so spacious and keeps things so fresh. I can't think of one negative. I would purchase this appliance again in a heart beat. Thank you whirlpool. Keep up the great work.

This refrigerator freezer was purchased to replace my 12 year old one. I love the bottom freezer. I had never had french doors. Great idea. Plenty of space and the extra tray is perfect for cheese and plates of cut up veggies and fruit. The door shelves are a perfect fit for juice and milk. It is a terrific appliance.

We thoroughly are enjoying our new French Door Refrigerator. Bright lighting, easily accessible freeze, which readily provides us with abundant ice cubes, and upper unit which has easily adjustable shelves. Fruits and vegetable keep very well in their drawers and the slide out door is perfect for eggs, lunchmeat and cheese. A definite keeper!

Generally, it is a beautiful addition to the kitchen, and I am getting used to the french doors, but I am disappointed in the amount of food that I cannot have in the freezer, compared to my old fridge.The metal bins are helpful, but there just isn't the space I am used to having. I will have to purchase an additional chest freezer to hold my winter storage from the garden.

I have had this refrigerator for a month now and it has exceeded expectations. It is very cold in comparison to my last fridge. The shelves are all adjustable which is nice because it can be customized. The lighting is bright. Also the humidity control works well. I love its modern design.

Bought this because our old one was too modern with too many features. No in-door water or ice so now we have to scoop ice from the freezer icemaker, but no mildew or leaks at the door icemaker. No water filter so we have to filter with a Brita. No temperature readout so we leave the settings at 4. Love the LED lighting and wide drawer.

I was startled to find that the refrigerator did not include the usual butter/cheese compartments in the door that allows the top most portion of the door storage to be useable. The paperwork that came with the unit stipulates that some parts may need to be ordered separately. No problem I thought.Unfortunately, Whirlpool has informed me that even though a butter/cheese bin is clearly illustrated in their print materials, they do not even make one for this refrigerator.Also, the slotted rails from which the refrigerator shelves hang are missing a slot allowing use of the bottom most position.To get the full use of the refrigerator I will be altering these items: cutting slots in the shelf support rails, cutting out the front walls of the door bins or 3D printing a butter bin with doors.By the way, the compressor is easily twice as loud as the similar GE Bottom Freezer model that served us so well for 19 years.Whirlpool, if you are reading this, I feel my trust as a consumer has been betrayed by your poor attention to details that matter.

I've been using this refrigerator for almost two weeks now. The freezer design is very nice: I can see everything in it when I open the drawer and get to the contents easily. The icemaker produces ice very quickly. The refrigerator interior is spacious, but the storage bin design is diappointing. The fruit and vegetable bins fall out of track easily when opened. The bottom drawer cover comes off easily with normal use. The door bins that came with the unit did not include a butter/dairy bin with a cover. I'll adjust to the bins, but I do wish that the designs would be adjusted to address these problems. The bin design is enough of a hassle that I cannot recommend this model to friends. If Whirlpool issues an upgrade to the design, I'll reconsider that recommendation.

We bought this refrigerator a couple of weeks ago and really like it. It replaced a 24 year old refrigerator that worked well but the Whirlpool is the best. The only negative is the left door does not open easily without opening the right door. And, the right door is out about 1/4 inch at the top compared to the left door.
