Big mistake

Had to replace after the primary bearing failed twice in 5 years. You would think they would have upgraded the bearing when the first one failed after 13 months. They chose to pay us off for a few hundred dollars under the extended warranty versus fixing it the second time. We are very happy with our new Korean made unit.

My First Front Loading Machine

The Duet? Steam Washer is my first front loading washer - I've had mine for about five years now and love the all different features. It is amazing the how clean my clothes are! For me, it's a great time saver - I can quick wash my lightly soiled laundry, deep clean my really dirty laundry without having to pre-soak, and sanitize items like kitchen and bath towels so I know I'll have no problems with nasty bacteria. Plus, my husband loves the fact that since we use well water, the machine's technology measures just enough water for washing and rinsing rather than filling the washer like traditional machines.
