Horrible! So much mold!!

I bought this washer May 2015. I clean it with affresh every other month, and I started to notice an oder. After further inspection, I noticed a TON of mold on the seal by where the door opens and also inside/under the rubber seal. There is so much mold that i am going to have to just buy a new washing machine. I will NEVER buy whirlpool again!!

Broke after being used 5 times

Bought a brand new unit and the locking mechanism broke after 5 uses. Today is 10/18. Technicians came out on Friday (10/14) and were onsite for about 5 minutes and said they needed to order a part.Told us they would come back on Tuesday (10/18) to fix it. The called Monday (10/17) morning to say they actually can't come out until Thursday (10/20) to fix it.I'll update the review once they come out and fix the unit. Long story short stay far away from this unit.
