I bought this in October from the Sears outlet in Taylor, Michigan. The installers told me I needed another type hose. T9 connect the steam portion. I said okay. I went to Sears to get a the other required hose. The saleswoman said the appliance did not have a hose other than the one included. The installers did not know how to install the hose for the steam connection. That's why I can only give a 3.

Fast and Quiet!

This dryer has been phenomenal. It dries twice as fast as our old dryer, and we can barely tell it's running. And, it has a HUGE capacity. Our family of six is well served by this dryer. I would strongly recommend this dryer to anyone, especially those with a need to dry large loads.

Large Capacity / Dries Great

We've had this new dryer about a month. It works great and I love the drum light. The only drawback is the challenge in reading the front-mounted control buttons and itty-bitty indicator lights. I always have to find my glasses and sometimes a flashlight to check the settings. It does dry very well.
