All plastic parts in shelf falling apart

After 5 years all these shelf platic parts are either been replaced or need to be replaced. The design is probanly ok, however the platics side and rails are not design for family use, probably personal use only. Very disappointed

not happy after 4 yrs

I bought this a few years ago, the Ice holder is in the door, and the flap that opens and close for ice to drop in your glass, must be poor because the ice freeze up in the holder at the button, so we open the door to get ice, I bought two refrigerator the other is an up scale from this one and the Ice freezes in the door of it too. now about 4 years later the shelves are cracking and you have to buy the hold shelf with glass and my glass in the shelf is fine, and they are about $95 each. I will not buy a whirlpool again. I see no reason the for the shelves to be braking down.
