Our GE refrigerator of 9 years failed and underwent four visits for repairs. We deemed it too risky to keep and opted for the Maytag 19CF. It seems to be a good fit for our needs.

i bought this last september and love it! Keeps food nice and fresh and glass shelves are easy to see what's in there. Easy to keep clean inside and out. Freezer holds a lot of food and keeps food from getting freezer burn. Love it!

I had limited space for a refrigerator, but wanted a bottom freezer. This was one of the few that would work. I'm glad I got it because it's so quiet I don't even know it's running. Once in a while I hear ice dropping from the ice maker, but that is normal. I deducted 1 star because the freezer is a bit smaller than our old frig, but since we have a chest freezer it's not a problem.

Seem to be out living everything and everyone. I am 97 and didn't want to bend over to get in my fridge any more. This model is just great for me. Love the adjustable shelves. Now if someone could adjust my arithic knees I would be all set!

Didn't realize the 19 cf was actually 18.5 cf.
My 15 year old Ammana had better quality.
The screws on maytag show the Ammanas had little covers to hide theirs. Small things make a big difference.
Light and controls take up needed storage space

I love a fridge with a bottom freezer and had given up find one that would fit my space (30" wide by 65 1/2" high). I had a Maytag in my previous home so I was thrilled to find a Maytag that worked. It is so easy to adjust to fit what I need.

Seems to work well.
Pros: Well lit, small ice cubes, customizable shelves and door shelving .
Cons: Running is more noisy but not a concern where it is for us, crisper vent knob is subject to get caught/brake if you lift too high on shelf.

My new Maytag is wonderful. I love being able to easily see what is on the shelves. The long meat and cheese drawer is the best thing and the is so much room on the door! And it's quiet! I am thrilled with my purchase.

Bought my Maytag refrig. In Aug. I really like having the bottom freezer. It's so much easier for me to reach and see the items I use more frequently in the upper part of my refrigerator. I would have liked a larger refrig., but since I live in an older house, the height was a deciding factor for me. I'm very pleased that the inside layout and options for me are very adequate. So happy that I decided to buy this!

This fridge is great, it runs quiet and has plenty of room for everything I need. I love the tray drawer across the bottom of the fridge, so handy! The bottom freezer was the reason for my purchase, and it is perfect. Thank you!

We love our new refrigerator. Only thing is the freezer could've been different and easier to clean. The top shelve won't come out so it is a little bit hard to get in there to clean it.
