We consider this the best refrigerator we've ever owned. We like it much better than the two door types, love the interior storage layout. Door swings so easily; this is a huge plus.

Nice looking fridge, only complaint so far is the drawers don't operate smoothly at all, they are hard to open/close especially the wide one at the bottom when it is full its very hard to operate. Otherwise, fridge works good and looks nice! Also, there was a bunch of accessories on the manual that I did not have, not sure why that is.

We bought this unit b/c we were under the impression that KitchenAid made quality products, I do have a pro mixer that I like but not too impressed with the fridge. The drawers are very sloppy, they wobble in their tracks and come off track very easy. The drawers are the only issue we have with this product, they are quite cheesy.

I™™m liking my refrigerator so far, I've had it about 3 weeks now and it™™s working the way it™™s supposed to, keeping everything at just the right temperature. There™™s plenty of room for food for two people and I can see it will be fine for the holidays when there's more to go in it. It shows finger prints but they are easy to remove with just water on a damp sponge followed by a dry cloth, no need to buy a stainless steel cleaner that™™s toxic. It looks great in my kitchen.

We purchased this refrigerator for our new home as we had the same one in our former home that we were happy with. We are disappointed with the quality of the drawers in the new refrigerator. They do not slide in and out very well and feel of poor quality. It takes 2 hands to open and close the drawers. It's disappointing that the quality is just not good anymore!

The fridge is okay but so much louder than my old fridge. It sometimes run so loud we had someone come out and check it but we were told it™™s the ™normal™ sound. Customer satisfaction doesn™™t seem to be a factor in this industry so we™™re stuck with it. The cheese drawer also gets very stuck and feels quite cheap.

We ordered our new KitchenAid refrigerator in February and received it in May, two months ahead of the projected delivery date. I had read reviews about this particular model and one of the things that stuck out was how poorly the deli and fruit/vegetable drawers operated. I called all the stores in my area hoping to find this model on display to see for myself, but no one had this model on the floor. I took a leap of faith and purchased the refrigerator.
The reviews were right. The track system for the drawers is poorly designed and the drawers do not slide easily and feel "sloppy". And, you have to be very careful when closing them to avoid accidentally hitting the humidity control tabs, located right above.
I have another KitchenAid refrigerator, about 10 years old, with French doors and the drawers in that model work much more easily. Also, the French door model has vinyl inserts for the adjustable door shelving. I really like them because clean up is so easy. I just pop them out, wash them, and put them back in. When I looked for vinyl inserts for my new refrigerator they were not an option! I made my own inserts with non-adhesive Contact shelving vinyl.
Overall, I am satisfied with the new refrigerator's performance and styling. It fits into my space like a built-in. I am just a bit disappointed with the interior drawers.

If I could give a "0" star review, I would. Purchased this fridge in November of 2019. It is now May 2025 and the compressor has failed. KitchenAid has offered to cover the compressor cost but not the $660 + cost of service. I spent the extra in 2019 to have a reliable, dependable, well known name brand Fridge that I wouldn't have to worry about. Joke is on me.

I had to have a specific size refrigerator (33" in width). I thought I would be giving up on beauty and features with a limited selection. This refrigerator is beautiful. It surprisingly has a very large capacity refrigerator section and freezer section. I have no complaints about this refrigerator.

We love the design of the refrigerator.Refrigerator is less than 1 month old. However, the compressor/fan seems to be "on" most of the time. Also, the side by side drawer that supports the 2 vegetable drawers is "sagging" in the middle. At some point, this will make opening and closing drawers difficult. Now waiting for service to resolve the problem.

This model replaced an older KitchenAid model that had the same features. It took a long time to find this model that would fit in the space, and only one store in the area was able to get it for me. It took about a year to find it. Quiet operation, roomy interior in the refrigerator and freezer. I like the fact that it was available in a left hinge and did not have the ice maker or water, since I don™™t use those features. The stainless steel finish is beautiful and easy to keep clean. Very happy with this purchase.

3rd Whirlpool/kitchenaid fridge in as many months. First two had factory defects. I thought paying an extra $400 dollars for 2 problematic Whirlpool fridges would make a big difference. Nope. I received a little more space but everything else is the same as the basic cheaper ones.
Very cheap drawers don™™t slide. Finger prints show up everywhere
If any weight is placed on the lowest shelf above drawers, it causes the shelf to sag and jam the drawers.
Drawer and bin in freezer are wire so everything including the ice cubes fall to the floor. Also no rollers so you have to shove and push the drawer closed. Finger

The plastic shelf support bars for the drawers cracked and no longer properly support the weight of the drawers so that the drawers no longer slide in and out easily. I have attempted to reinforce the support bars but my wife is not happy with my meager attempt at repair. Short of ordering new support bars, I may need to attempt a better job of reinforcing the drawer supports.

GE Fridge finally died. Found new Kitchen Aid bottom freezer on floor at Crane™™s Appliances. Right dimensions and delivered next day! Skipped fancy bells and whistles and am now enjoying a quiet, properly functioning refrigerator. Very happy!.

A fine machine. We live in a 3 room 800 sq ft pole barn home. The kitchen and living room are 1 room. We are pleased that the refrigerator is very quiet. No problems, no issues, no concerns. It keeps cold stuff cold and frozen stuff frozen. All is right with the world!

Fridges arrived today! - They look great, but... - The drawers are poorly designed/made. - They are still a "Plastic Slide" design - they bind, don't roll smoothly, the wide drawer would get bound up if you don't send it back in nicely centered. - It's like turning back the clock to when drawers were first designed :-( The Maytag Wide-By-Side one (our OLD fridge) had wheels that made all the drawers glide out effortlessly - These ones just are not made well. - If we didn't NEED the single door design (for interference with the Oven/Micro combo) these would definitely not be staying in our kitchen. - Time for refresh of these dated fridges...

Just received our new refrigerator after 11 months to match our stove and low profile over the stove microwave. So excited! The name badge on the freezer is off center and ridiculously crooked. The cheese and veggie drawers do not work smoothly. Roller wheels would have been nice. Kitchenaid was always known to be a quality product, but I'm not sure that is the case anymore.

I ordered this refrigerator on September 16, 2020 and I'm still waiting for it. They said they would be caught up with their backlog of orders on March 31. How long does it take to ship a refrigerator to California? Or are they still behind? I'm as patient as the next person but for what I paid and for how long I've had to wait they should throw in something for free or give me a discount or something. SEVEN MONTHS is an obscene length of time to wait. Even during a pandemic.

I purchased this about a month ago and love it. It looks good from the inside and out. The shelves are adjustable and no spill. I do wish that the two produce drawers were bigger. There is also enough room on the door itself to have another half shelf. There are only two of us, so this size is perfect for us. However, when we had houseguests, we had to organize and pack the fridge pretty full....but it still kept everything cold and fresh.

I love this size. It is a great product. I replaced this new KitchenAid from two doors side -by-side Simpson Beumark make. Glass shelves easy to clean; move up and down or to take out to wash them. Light bulbs replaced once in 5 yrs. The bottom freezer seal is not as strong it cracked but it is easily replaceable by ordering parts.

This refrigerator was purchased for a new house to coordinate with the KA oven (great) and dishwasher (also great). We moved in about 6 weeks ago and I am most disappointed. This refrigerator is LOUD, very loud. The plastic inside is cheap and thin. The veggie drawers stick and feel like they will break. The door shelves are too deep so products on the door are difficult to view, and you stand with the door open moving and sorting through vinegar and soy sauce and mustard etc to select the one you need. The freezer is also cheap and the drawers stick; it is difficult to pack and actually holds very little. My previous 4 year old refrigerator was a Kenmore 29" with the same basic design. This 33" KA holds less, is cheap on the inside, and is much louder than the Kenmore. This KA seems to be designed like a cabinet depth refrigerator with a thick door. The outside door is dented, a replacement was ordered but has not yet arrived, so I cannot comment on customer service at this point. This refrigerator was not available to view at Ferguson and I bought it to go with (basically the handles) the oven and dishwasher. Big mistake on my part. Don't buy this refrigerator. LG has a similar looking product for much less money, and
I wish I chose function over appliance handles. It does keep a constant temperature and I give it two stars for the adjustable shelves; zero stars if it were possible for everything else.

I've only had this fridge for a month but am extremely happy with it. I love the door shelves, especially the ability to store gallon milk and juice jugs. Very spacious interior with all shelves easy to reach. Had ice maker installed in the freezer and it still leave plenty of room for frozen items. Basket config in the freezer makes it easy to get to all frozen items.
