The warming drawer is good, but since they want you to use the racks that are inside the drawer, you don't have very much room for casserole that's on the higher side to keep warm

This is great to keep things warm. We haven't had as much great luck with it as on the slow cooker feature, as its hard to find the right dishes for what we're making that are low enough to fit inside. I wish it were even like a half inch taller inside so we could fit a better variety of dishes in there. I also wish you sold the warming dishes that fit on the hanging slots.

Great Addition to my new kitchen!

Completely remodeled my kitchen which included all new KitchenAid appliances, replacing 30 year old KitchenAid appliances that were still working! The warming draw was a new must have addition - great for keeping all types of food warm as well as warming plates so served food doesn't cool from cold plates.

Absolutely love this drawer- love being able to keep things warm ahead of time . Problem that I have is that we mounted the drawer below my oven and there is no lock on the drawer so children could open.

Flimsy parts

Paid over $1000 for a warming drawer that won™€™t close. Installed rails and all the ball bearings on half the left side fall out causing the drawer to be inoperable and unable to close. Now I have to schedule a service call because replacing a faulty rail is not an option.
